A standard deck of cards usually consists of 54 cards, each with a unique illustration. For this project, I have designed a new set of playing cards.
Creating a design that stands out and is unique in a market that already has many card decks available can be a challenge. To establish the originality of the cards, it was necessary to develop a concept and understand the target audience.
Concept: FUN FAMILY GAME
My goal was to create a deck of cards that the whole family can enjoy. Adults can reminisce about games they played in their childhood from the pixel art illustrations. At the same time, children can enjoy the colorful illustrations.
